Between 11 – 12 February 2016, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Mumbai organized the first Mobile Consular Services to Thai citizens in Pune and surrounded area.  The services offered included legalization of documents, consultations on consular issues and livelihood of Thai citizens, explanation of emergency evacuation plan, as well as brainstorming sessions of ways and means to strengthen Thai community in the area.

   The Consulate – General team also took the opportunity to visit Thai primary and secondary boarding students at Indus International School and met with        the school’s principals and administrative staff.   Later, the acting Consul General met with Director of Pune University’s International Center and discussed      on ways to further enhance cooperation between the Consulate - General and the University
