October 11, 2013: From swanky ways of getting around – in a luxury yacht, a private jet or a stretch limo – to accommodation options that give guests options such as air charter transfers straight out of Suvarnabhumi Airport, to wellness lifestyle changes, their own personal beach or mountain and the experience of staying in a re-created old-world Thai city, Thailand’s luxurious side allows a travellers to channel their inner king or queen.  If these aren’t convincing enough, there are restaurants that are global icons – such as Lebua’s Sirocco, with its breathtaking Bangkok panorama. A cruise across the Chao Phraya River to see Bangkok from a different angle. And private tours of nature’s best-preserved turfs for the more outdoorsy luxury-seeker.

Speaking at the event, Mr Sethaphan Buddhani, director, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Mumbai, said “As you have discovered today, from five star hotels that are the epitome of luxury, to islands that are havens of tranquility and seclusion and exclusive experiences that you will cherish for a lifetime, a world of wonderful, royal attractions await you in Thailand.”
