On 22 October 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Mumbai organized a remembrance ceremony to commemorate His Majesty King Chulalongkorn The Great Memorial Day, observed annually on 23 October 2025. Mr. Donnawit Poolsawat, Consul-General, presided over the wreath-laying ceremony and delivered a speech paying tribute to His Majesty’s enduring legacy. Officials from the Consulate-General and Team Thailand in Mumbai, along with their spouses, also gathered to participate in the event.

 

On the same occasion, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Mumbai organized “Sharing with Care,” a royal volunteer activity to commemorate His Majesty King Chulalongkorn The Great. The Consul-General presided over the donation ceremony and presented essential food supplies to the Cancer Patients Aid Association, a non-profit organization that supports cancer patients in Mumbai. Officials and staff from the Consulate-General also took part in the activity.
