Standard Qualification for Visa Processing Service Company

In order to facilitate travellers wishing to visit Thailand, the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Mumbai thereby announces the process for visa processing service company to be eligible to submit visa applications for applicants to the Royal Thai Consulate-General.

To participate in this process, the visa processing service company should meet the following criteria and requirements;

1. The visa processing service company must be a legally registered company under the local law of the Republic of India and have at least 5 millions Thai Baht (or equivalent) registered capital with full paid.
2. The visa processing service company must have experience in providing Visa Outsourcing Services for other Embassies / Consulate-General / Governments not less than 5 years with good service records.
3. The visa processing service company is responsible for the pre-screening of the visa applications and supporting documents required for each visa category in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Royal Thai Consulate-General before submitting the applications.

The visa processing service company should submit a company profile and relevant supporting documents by 27 May 2022.

The Royal Thai Consulate-General will announce the list of eligible company to submit visa application for applicants by 31 May 2022. The decision to announce shall be final and shall be valid for 4 months (effective until 30 September 2022).

 The Royal Thai Consulate-General reserves the rights to approve, view, suspend and terminate the list of eligible service company without prior notice.
