Resumption of COE and Visa Issuance for Essentials Travelers

The Royal Thai Consulate-General, Mumbai,  wishes to announce the resumption of COE and visa issuance for non-Thai essential travelers from India to Thailand, with priority given to the following groups:

1. Spouse, children and parents of a Thai national who is traveling together or to return to a family in Thailand;
2. Businessmen, experts, investors with residence/work permit in Thailand or those by invitation from Thai government agencies; and,
3. Spouse and underage children (below 20 years of age) of persons in
   Group No. 2

Applicants must register their requests and supporting documents, including proof of urgency at https://forms.gle/1VnYDemAhKazc5oVA. Please note that during the COVID-19 situation, the consideration process may take longer than usual.

Government officials, diplomats, staff-members of International Organizations and their family members who are on official mission or on a tour of duty in Thailand are not under this criteria and advised to contact the Consulate through diplomatic channel or email to [email protected]
